# OriPilot

> OriPilot prepares California real estate disclosure packages for e-signature. An agent uploads the package; OriPilot recognizes each C.A.R. form by its footer and places the signature, initial, date and name fields for the buyers (purchase) or sellers (listing) and their agent. The agent reviews every page and sends from the signing page. OriPilot also offers transaction coordination by people for California agents.

- For real estate salespersons and brokers licensed in California; one account per DRE license.
- Nothing is sent to clients until the agent sends it.
- Packages are deleted 90 days after upload; OriPilot is not a records system.
