# Transaction coordination for California agents

Canonical page: https://oripilot.com/transaction-coordinator/

Our transaction coordinators handle the paperwork for California real estate deals, from accepted offer to close. You stay focused on your clients; the disclosures are prepared in OriPilot.

Contact: support@oripilot.com (subject "Transaction coordination").

## What a coordinator handles

- **Opening the file.** The accepted contract, the escrow and title contacts, and a timeline of every date the contract sets.
- **Disclosures.** Collecting the package, preparing it in OriPilot for signature, and following up until every page is signed.
- **Contingencies and deadlines.** Inspection, appraisal and loan dates tracked, with a reminder to you before each one comes due.
- **Escrow and lender.** Deposit receipt, the documents escrow and the lender ask for, and status updates as the deal moves.
- **A complete file.** The signed documents put in order for your broker's review, so the file is ready when the deal closes.

The agent stays the agent of record: advice to clients, negotiation and every decision in the deal stay with the agent.

## How to start

1. **Tell us about the deal.** Email the property, your side (buyer or listing) and where the deal stands.
2. **Agree on scope and fee.** We confirm what we will handle and what it costs before any work starts.
3. **We open the file.** You get the timeline, and we take it from there to close.

## Questions

### Which deals do you take?

California residential transactions, on the buyer side or the listing side.

### What stays with me as the agent?

Everything that needs a license: advice to your clients, negotiation, and the decisions in the deal. We handle the paperwork and the dates around them.

### What does it cost?

It depends on the deal and what you want handled. We quote before we start.

### Do my clients need to do anything differently?

No. They receive the documents to sign by email, as they would from you.
